Business planning foundations – 1 ECTS

Detail:A business needs more than a good product idea to be successful. It needs customers as well as a profitable business model that allows it to grow and scale. The lesson “Business Planning Foundations” explains the importance of using a flexible business model when preparing to start a business, and teaches students the concepts of Value Proposition Design and how to use the Business Model Canvas. Throughout the exercises in the lesson, students will see examples and fill out their own Business Model Canvas for their startup ideas.
