Detail:Once a startup has found a business model that works, it enters the scaling phase between a startup and a company. This is often a period of rapid expansion, both in terms of people and market. The lesson “Scaling Your Startup” helps prepare students for this transition by covering such topics as team building, business development, expansion into new markets, and sales, marketing and PR. The lesson is partly based on the KICstart Your Business workbook published by InnoEnergy as well as several other recommended books that are listed below each Learning Activity.
